Suitable extraction conditions for determination of total anti-oxidant capacity and phenolic compounds in <i>Ruspolia differens</i> Serville

Recent research on edible insects’ composition has placed more emphasis the quantity and quality of macro- micro- nutrients less their bio-active components. This study aimed at assessing effect four factors, namely: defatting, solvent type (ethanol, methanol acetone), concentration (50, 75 100%) extraction time (15, 30, 45 60 minutes) efficiency, total anti-oxidant activity amount phenolics flavonoids Ruspolia differens.
